Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Infin8 Kreations! Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options

Collection at RDC Classes You can collect your order at any Rise Dance Collective class — free of charge. You'll be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail) Orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery. Delivery times are typically 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail) We offer Royal Mail next day delivery, meaning your order will arrive the next working day after it has been dispatched. Please note that all orders are processed within 2-3 working days before dispatch, so next day delivery refers to the delivery timeframe only and does not reduce processing time.

Home Delivery Home delivery is available for a fee. The delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We primarily ship within the United Kingdom. If you'd like to place an international order, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Questions? If you have any questions about your order or delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
